As Senior Development Manager, directed a €1B+ mixed-use masterplan across 7 million m² of the Luštica Peninsula — encompassing residential neighbourhoods, 5-star hospitality, Montenegro's first Gary Player-designed championship golf course, a full-service marina and supporting infrastructure. Led development and project management across the full portfolio, maintaining feasibility alignment, design brief compliance, cost planning and programme control.

Delivered 20%+ gross margin improvement through value engineering, phased capital deployment, strategic sales launches and procurement optimisation. Established group-wide project governance frameworks, masterplan controls and development guidelines subsequently adopted across the wider group portfolio.
